Just Owen and Mommy

We put Claire down for her morning nap, let Daddy sleep in a bit from working all night, and had a little Mommy and Owen time. We headed to the library first, returned our books and checked out a few new ones. Then we decided to have some "special little kid coffee" aka vanilla and milk warmed, and a cookie at the coffee house next to the library. We sat in the easy chairs and visited about things like the race car pictures on the wall and why there is a Christmas store here when it's not Christmas. We stopped in to the Christmas store next, Owen said "It smell good in here"! After that we headed to the "veggie store" that's what Owen calls the produce/butcher market that we go to. Owen picked out green beans, beets, and the most gigantic honey crisp apples you have ever seen. We then came home and made lunch for Sissy and Daddy. It was a great morning. I think Brad and I need to have one on one time with the kiddos more often. They love it!
