New Bike Helmets and Trailer

The Tuomisto's let us borrow their bike trailer for awhile and we are sooooooo excited. We bought helmets today and the kids actually put them on! We are so looking forward to getting out for our first ride. It will be absolutely perfect for our summer plans (Odell Lake, the Cabin, Diamond Lake). Yippee!!!

Watching Baby Parker

We watched Baby Parker for a bout 2.5 hours yesterday while Auntie Molly got her hair done. He slept most of the time but I was able to snap a few pics while he was awake. Claire is over the moon for babies, especially her cousins. And Owen is so gentle and sweet, and is always making sure Parker is happy. What a fun time.

Thanks Lister Family

My parents neighbors and family friends, the Lister's gave my kiddos these very sweet handmade blankets. Kathy you did such a great job and the kids love them, especially Claire. You know how she likes her "hole-ie night nights".

Auntie Katie Visits

Auntie Katie spent the weekend with my sister Molly and my parents while we headed up to Kirkland. She stayed the night Sunday so she could see the kiddos. They love their Auntie!

Mayli's B-Day Party Weekend

The 2-year old!
The 2 sweetest little girls "mommies"
Claire needs one of these...she LOVED it!
Chillin' in Ryan's Fairlane
Bedtime...yippee for the parents. Claire and Mayli had their first sleep over, they really didn't notice because they were so tired. Kai and Owen on the other hand had a GREAT time. The talked and laughed and giggled for an hour after we put them to bed. The have bunked in the same room before, this time it was just so cute because they were being such little boys! The coolest Birthday present ever. The kids ate dinner Saturday and breakfast Sunday on this adorable little table Mayli got for her Birthday. They had so much fun together...and of course so did we. Thanks Tuomisto's for a super fun weekend.

Driveway Project

BeforeWe have been wanting to bring in some more rock for a while now....We had 4 dump truck loads dumped Wednesday, got the transitions all dug out Thursday, brad rented a tractor Friday and by 4:30 (after work) was spreading asphalt grindings. About an hour after he started the bucket on tractor he rented busted...after a few choice words and a new tractor was dropped off we were back in business. Owen had a blast watching! After the kids went to bed Brad and I raked and raked and raked and there you have it, our driveway project! I will post a final picture when I get a good one it was dark by the time we called it quits and we still have some raking to do :-(

Cute Kids

Friday morning Owen and I were down stairs doing our morning things while Claire took her nap. It was getting close to time for her to get up and Owen wanted to play in his room. When I went up to check on him this is what I found (I had my camera in hand thinking I would catch Owen doing something cute in his room). Owen had put all of Claire books and toys in her crib and they were just carrying on a perfect little conversation. How cute is that. Things sure have changed around here now that Owen is opening and closing doors!

Dinner Date

Claire Jean test driving Hunter's highchair. Look how big my baby is...her feet touch!Owen smooching his cousin Parker. I have this exact same picture of Owen smooching Hunter, same spot on the couch and everything. He's such a good cousin!
We invited ourselves to Kenzie's house for dinner last Thursday and I snapped a couple cute pics.
Delicious chicken tacos Smith's!!!!!

Little Helper

Claire Jean helps me water the flowers almost every night. She the cutest thing right?

Mila's Dads Big Truck

Clint (aka Mila's Dad, as Owen would say) is back working for one more week and this week he has the dump truck. As you can imagine Owen can't hardly believe that this gets to be parked in our driveway at night! He is going to be really disappointed on Thursday when Clint goes home:-(

Cousins

Painting my Parents House

I know this isn't the best picture ever....We painted my parents house this weekend and I'm an idiot and forgot my camera. Check out Molly's blog for some better pics. We had so much fun and it looks soooooo good!

Garden Adventure

Parker is in the Mobey and Hunter is in the stroller....
so they are not forgotten.
It was a pretty hot day...
we couldn't keep the kids out of the water.
My little man taking a break.
Molly, Kenzie and I took all the kiddos to this super cute FREE garden that Molly found. It was Mila's last day with us so we had to do something fun. There were a bunch of little gardens each with a different theme that you walked through (veggies, butterfly garden, humming bird garden etc..) each one is sponsored by a different group or company. Such a good idea and fun for the community too. This was the first outing we've had with all three Mommies and our babies, so fun that we live so close and will be able to do things together with all these babies!

Another Day at the Park

I feel for all you mothers of three out there. I didn't go crazy or anything it was just a completely different dynamic....where to put them in the cart at Target, who has to be loaded in the car seat first, did I get them all (just kidding)? We got it figured out and had a fun day. We started with breakfast, headed to Target, then to the park for an hour and a half, were home by 12:45 for lunch and the kiddos where napping by 2:30. I could totally have three! I might have to find a new husband though.
