Box of FUN...

I guess if your going to spend $36.00 on a case of diapers it's good to get the most out it. This box was sitting in the hallway Friday night after I unloaded all the diaps into Sissy's room and the kids couldn't resist. Of course Brad and I had to get in on it too! I love those creative kiddos.

Sweet Peas

This is out of order, but I just remembered they were in my phone and I had to blog them. Brads Grandma (aka JoJo) had some sweet peas (the flower) for the kiddos to plant on our visit to Grants Pass. They had so much fun planing the seeds...I can't wait to start planting things around here. We ended our visit with a little one on one soccer (Owen v. JoJo).

Yum, Green Beer

My parents stayed in town Thursday after "date night" to watch Owen play soccer. Owen was practicing HEAD-ERS....man it was cute. The coach gave them soft rubber balls and all these cute little 3 year olds were throwing the ball on top of their heads....a riot I tell you, I'm still laughing!

After Soccer Papa, Amma, Aunt Kenzie and Hunter went to have dinner and green beers with us. It was after all St. Patty's Day. Hunter didn't get to have any green beer, but he did suck out of a straw for the first time this St. Patricks Day.

Do You Remember These Guys?

Brad and I had a "date night" on Wednesday. We dropped the kids off at Auntie Molly's house (my parents came up and stayed at Molly's with the kids), had dinner at the Melting Pot (a fabulous fondue restaurant), then headed to the Rose Garden to catch a Winterhawks game. Brad got free tickets from a friend at work. After the game we met an old friend at the McMenamin's under the Crystal Ballroom. We were out until midnight.....yes midnight, shocking I know. The best part is we had our first night at home, without our babies, it was strange and quiet. Brad and I have not been on a date since last September when we saw Jack Johnson. FUN! Thanks Mom and Dad, and Sis!

Slippery Little Suckers

Cousin Hunter and Aunt Kenzie came over Tuesday for dinner, a visit....and a bath:-) Auntie Kenzie, Uncle Ricky and Hunter will be moving back to Klamath soon and we are going to miss nights like these SO MUCH I can't even say!

Girl Stuff

My friend Shaunna gave this adorable pink necklace to Claire this weekend. If you know Shaunna you know that she is a girly girl and that God gave her not one, not two, but three sweet BOYS. She told Claire that she bought this necklace for her "little girl" during her last pregnancy but....NO GIRL! Claire LOVES it. She wore it this morning and had to show it off to everyone! Thanks Shaunna for making Sissy feel so special.

Grants Pass Trip - Happy Birthday Grandpa Jeff

Keeping up to date with the devastation in Japan. What a shock, what a tragedy.
The people of Japan are in our prayers!
Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for the CUTE outfits and thanks to the JoJo's for this super fun lock's puzzle.

Papa Jeff's Birthday Party
What a fun party. Grandma Ceal made a Mexican feast...DELISH! The kids had a blast visiting with family and getting to stay up late. They were so wound up Friday night from the party fun...and chocolate cake that they didn't fall asleep until 1:00am. FUN!

We crammed a ton of visiting and fun into this weekend but still got to enjoy some nice relaxing, quality time with Grandma and Grandpa. Friday morning we had breakfast with Grandpa Mel. Owen James has always had a special bond with him. He yelled from the front door of the restaurant "Grandpa Mel" when he spotted him sitting at the table, then insisted on sitting next to him during breakfast. He is always touching his hands or his legs. It is just the cutest thing you have ever seen. Friday night was Papa Jeff's party and Saturday we just hung out. Saturday night we headed to the Allen's to celebrate Emmett's 8th Birthday and catch up with good friends. What a nice weekend!

Just Like Auntie Katie

I check on my babies every night before I go to sleep. I love all the funny positions and sounds they make. Last Monday this is how I found Claire. She loves to put her fingers and toes through her "night nights" but this was EXTREME. Hilarious!

Side note: My sister Katie still sleeps like this with her blanket, I guess it's hereditary....

Working on the Garden

This is what Brad is doing with all those tires from a few posts back. He drills a few holes, cuts out the sidewalls, and we will fill them with dirt soon. It's quite a process, but I think it's going to work really good.
It was a two man job getting the two big tires into place so I got to take the "old girl" out for a spin. After we got the tires in place I took the kids for a little ride too. This was the first time I have driven Brad's tractor.
I love this picture...The kids drove their bike out to the garden area, parked them, and started exploring. We are putting the miles on these mud boots!
