Owen did something pretty cool on Tuesday..........
The kids haven't been to Nikki's for a while due to all of our holiday schedules, so this Tuesday was the first day back. The last time they were there Claire was able to just take her naps on Nikki's giant bed surrounded by pillows. As most of you know, Claire is crazy these days and the bed just wouldn't work. With only one pack-n-play, Nikki decided to put Owen down in Bryce's big boy bed. I was a little nervous, but I kept it to myself. She called after they went down for naps..........and he slept in a big boy bed! He made no fuss and got up happy as can be. My boy is getting sooooooo big! I think we will get him one soon!

A Christmas Surprise....
While we were celebrating Christmas in Albany Auntie Molly let us in on a surprise.....Auntie Molly and Sean are having a baby! Owen and Claire will get two new cousins in 2010!
Christmas in Albany
We stoped in Albany on Sunday after Christmas to see the Aunties and Amma and Papa. Owen was totally in to the presents as he had been practicing for the last few days....Sister still likes the package the best! Amma made Claire her very own Christmas stocking to match the rest of ours....VERY SPECIAL. It was a fun day with gifts and family and chineese take out.
The Grants Pass Greats
The kiddos with their Great Grandpa Mel, and Great Grandpa and Grandma JoJo. Owen calls Jim and Gloria both JoJo. It's pretty cute!
Brad the Butcher
This is also a bit out of order....We cut up Brads elk on the Saturday before Christmas it took 4 of us 5 1/2 hours (we did have breaks for lunch and the occasional cocktail). What a treat to have a full freezer!
Christmas Cookies
This is a little out of order, but I had to include our trip to Great Aunt Martha's in Salem to decorate cookies. As you can see the kids had a blast. Thanks so much Welter's for the food, fun, and Christmas goodies.
