Fair Time
My parents came up to help us out with the kiddos Wednesday and Thursday and we thought it would be fun to all go to the fair. Brad and I have made it a little tradition to go on a weekday night after work and have fair food for dinner and walk around to see all the fair sights. We still skip the rides as our kids have no idea what that is all about. They were a little more inquisitive this year so I think our trip to the fair next year will include a few rides. We had a blast! Thanks Mom and Dad for helping us out with the kiddos.
This little guy was born a few hours before we arrived. How fun!

His mama...I think.
We walked through all the animal barns then headed to the grand stands to eat dinner (man we love fair food) and watch the truck pulls. It was loud, but fun for all!
Claire was so cute. She wanted her own row. She sat down in front of us and ate her dinner and clapped for the trucks, adorable!

Then it was back to walking around all the barns and exhibit halls. We of course found the "Johnny Poppers"

We even found a cars quilt that won a BLUE ribbon.

Before we left we had to have an elephant ear. Leave it to me to find the vendor that boasts the biggest elephant ear at the fair.....DE-LISH!
Do you see the size of that thing?
So fun, thanks again Papa and Amma for watching the kiddos for us while Tracy is having some time with her baby girl!
